Leading the Strings in Season 55

As Concertmaster, Marta Szlubowska sets the bowings, leads the tuning, and carries the solo violin lines that rise above the ensemble — the principal liaison between the musicians and Maestro John Mason Hodges.

Through the 55th season she takes the concertmaster’s chair for all five concerts, from the Italian Journey season opener to the spring finale.
